Life in the Countryside – 7 Peaceful Days Before Winter on a Small Farm

Winter is coming, and there is plenty to do. This is 34 minutes of real life on our small farm, with no talking, just the natural sounds of the countryside. 🐓🌿✨ We cut down trees, saw and split firewood, and fill the woodshed. We care for our two cows, their calves and the bull, and build a brand new pasture with an electric fence. We harvest pumpkins, green beans, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes and a whole crate of apples, feed our 25 hens, pick boletes in the forest and dry them in the sun. We cook simple meals like scrambled eggs with bacon, pasta with minced meat, and mashed potatoes with meatloaf. We plant young trees, clear the chimney with my dad, and get everything ready for the cold months.
