Pere Marquette 1225 North Pole Express 11-26-2021

After a yearlong pause, Steam Railroading Institute returned with Pere Marquette 1225 once again pulling their North Pole Express excursions from Owosso to Ashley, MI. Since I was home for Thanksgiving, I decided to head over to Owosso and chase the 10AM run. This was the day after Thanksgiving, so there weren't many crowds to fight. Additionally, the train is going 5-10 mph slower this year for safety measures. These factors made chasing a breeze. I was able to catch the train at all my desired spots, even though some shots didn't turn out so well. Overall, it was nice to be back at out there, and I hope to return at least once more this season. Thanks for watching!
