The Rolls-Royce Owners' Club - Southern California Region is proud to present the club's Technical Chairman, Ronny Shaver's in-depth monthly tech meet on the replacement of the bellows on a 1986 Silver Spur cruise control. Ronny shows how to remove the cruise control actuator, lubricate the vacuum valves and install a new rubber bellows and then how to put the whole unit back on the car.
