Heavy rain walk under a Level 4 heavy rain danger warning in Tokyo, Japan. Around 100 mm of rain came down in one hour over Kita Ward, and this is a walk through its side streets while it happened. Shoes soaked within minutes, people running for cover, side streets turning into shallow rivers. I keep walking through Tabata while it pours, past a street with red lanterns, a street food festival hiding from the rain under its tents, a small shrine, the station, many more interesting looking streets and lights glowing in the dark against the Tokyo background.
