One last flight before the move. Flight consist of Roof Hopping in Mt. Airy section of Philly PA. You can tell the condition of the neighborhood just by seeing the yards of some of the houses and seeing how well the grass is manicured or how floral the yards are. Two rooftops are decks where some families lounge out at. It's sad to say, but some people might think it's becoming integrated, but in reality richer caucasians are buying up the properties that the older black people can't afford to renovate their homes that they've been it for the last 50 years or more. This is because the majority of older Black Americans (and other people of color) and a small percentage of older caucasians who have lived there most of their lives can't afford to stay in their inefficient homes anymore due to the increase of inflation, property tax, utilities, etcetera. The rich and politically rich Americans want to divide this nation into rich and poor period no matter what color or nationality you are. We as a people need to educate our children how to fight against corruption and accumulate generational wealth and keep it in our own communities in which we currently have. The schools aren't teaching our children how to survive in today's societies. It's up to parents, who aren't strung out on drugs and alcohol, to deprogram our children and share our wisdom with them as advice in order to for them to compete in this computer dependent society or they'll never be truly free people. They'll just be dependent to upper class people, mainly caucasians, doing all the laborious work for peanuts. Be careful of the government retirement trap with companies telling you to invest in FERS, TSP's, 401k's, and event Roth IRA's. If you don't know what you're doing, you'll lose everything whenever the stock market crashes or goes into a recession. Remember to ask yourself, your teachers, and your elders what does it take to survive and live in this world. Unless you got mad skills the job market is design to take on new employees applying for jobs and push older adult people both caucasians and people of color out of the job market before they reach retirement age or they die on the job before collecting their retirement. This is why they keep raising the retirement age. People are living longer, or should I say, they're living too long. Why do you think that they let crime exist. The black Americans keep killing each other and each time a new prison is built the government makes money off these institutions. Wake up people. Pay attention to what's going on around you so you don't get caught in the trap that's in plain sight and laid out right there in front of you. PEACE!
