Her Driving Test Is In 3 Days So I Threw EVERYTHING At Her

Linda’s driving test is in just 3 days, and this is her FINAL driving lesson — so I’m taking her on the hardest Morden driving test route I can possibly put together. Rather than giving Linda an easy confidence-building drive before her test, I want to do the opposite. I’ve packed this route with as many of the difficult roads, junctions, roundabouts and situations around Morden as possible. The idea is simple: if Linda can cope with everything I throw at her today, her actual driving test should feel considerably easier. We’ve covered a huge amount throughout Linda’s driving lessons, from clutch control and meeting situations to parking manoeuvres, emergency stops and mock driving tests. But with only three days remaining, there’s almost no time left to fix anything. This is our final opportunity to find any weaknesses, deal with any last-minute mistakes and make sure Linda can drive independently when things get difficult. Most importantly, I want her to finish this lesson knowing that she’s capable of dealing with whatever the examiner might throw at her. So I deliberately take Linda through some of the most challenging parts of the Morden driving test area and give her one final test: Can she handle the worst route I can throw at her?
