They go through the listing's small print, what the comunidad actually covers, how much deposit is normal, and the paperwork a Spanish landlord expects from a foreigner. The whole episode is in castellano — Spanish from Spain — spoken at a natural pace with no pauses for repetition: this is listening practice, not a drill. Level B1-B2.
