Mario's Madness v2 - Dictator Fanchart

fanchart, recreation, or whatever lolz 1. This was made for fun, (and with love, a good example of how things can be when you are not TRACING them, if you know what project I'm refering to) not with the intention of attacking the MMv2 team or anything! 2. To make up for point 1, the assets are not being released. Only this showcase is gonna be seen.
