Home Gym Con 2026 had over 130 vendors and 57 badged media passes. We filmed almost none of it. Instead, Perrin ran preproduction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site production for Gluck's Gym across all three days. This is what that actually looked like: how the week got built, why Adrian and Wynie finally got an evening off, and what three days on the inside of one of the best operations in this space taught us.
