Big Cats and Wild Dogs in Savuti, Chobe Nat'l Park (Lions, Leopard vs. Hyena Showdown and Wild Dogs)

Our time in Savuti was nothing short of magical. This was largely due to time spent with wonderful people (Lecha and Hannah our guides, Mercy, T, and more). Lecha and Hannah showed us so many special corners of the park, but the multiple leopard sightings, seeing both the Northern and Southern lion prides, and enjoying the wild dogs were at the top of the list. This is a montage of the cats and dogs we saw, including footage of the showdown between the leopard and the hyena over the leopard's fresh impala kill, and their unique truce. Listen for Lecha's background on Sekoti, the leader of the Northern pride, and the story behind his short tail as well.
