Bells of Steel Lat Pulldown/Low Row Machine (plate loaded)

This is my first time trying out the bells of steel lat pulldown low row machine after assembly. I’m 6ft 2 230lbs (yes I’m fat) at the moment. This is the plate loaded version which is much more cost effective than the weight stack version. It's very smooth and quiet. Feels gym quality, in my opinion.
