I Went Undercover To Expose London's Ice Cream Scam

No one can stop the illegal ice cream vans overcharging London's tourists for a 99 flake so I got my own van and went straight to them. These vans make thousands illegal parking in some of the busiest London tourist traps. They've been moved on, fined and even had their vehicles crushed but nothings stopped them. I thought if you can't beat them, join them. I drove up next to them on Westminster Bridge, joined the ice cream wars and gave out as much free ice cream as I could.
