Snowdonia National Park, The Glyderau, Llyn Idwal & Llyn Ogwen

A short break in Bangor North Wales, enabled us to visit both Llyn Idwal and Llyn Ogwen. These lakes lie in the Glyderau Mountains of Snowdonia. The A5 runs between the two lakes and also between Bethesda and Capel Curig. The car park at Pont Pen-y-Benglog has a visitors centre next to YHA Idwal Cottage. This was a walk with two parts.
