clever reset door on Starfish Station from ToastMatt

adzbot was calling it like it was, this reset door was interesting because it doesn't cause the player to die, but they still lose a bit of extra time getting back to the shoe. the shoe comes back because it's part of the goomba which respawns when entering the warp part., in this case the door.
