This Summit Changed Me Forever 🏔️ | Island Peak (6,189m) 🇳🇵

Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel! It’s me Meleena. Day 13 – Summit Day! 🏔️ Our summit day started at 11:00 PM with breakfast, and we left Island Peak Base Camp at midnight. We slowly climbed under the stars until we reached the crampon point, where we geared up and continued onto the glacier. The sunrise over the Himalayas was unforgettable. Seeing Ama Dablam, Imja Tse, and the surrounding peaks glowing in golden light was one of my favorite moments of the entire expedition. After hours of climbing, we finally reached the 6,189m summit around 9:00 AM! 🇳🇵 It was an incredible feeling. I even wore my Arsenal jersey for summit photos! ❤️ The descent was steep and challenging, but we enjoyed the amazing views, took snack breaks, and safely returned to Base Camp before continuing our journey back. I returned by land instead of flying from Lukla.
