Boulanger Trio | Matthias Pintscher | Uriel for cello and piano

The event on November 28, 2020 of our own concert series, the Boulangerie, could only take place as a video stream. This time our guest was Matthias Pintscher from New York - we have been playing his piano trio ’svelto' since our first meeting with him at Heidelberger Frühling in 2012. It was an intense and very special evening without an audience in the large dark hall of the Radialsystem V in Berlin. The Boulangerie is inspired by Nadia Boulanger and her Wednesday gatherings at her home in rue Ballu. On the other hand it was created from the desire to let our listeners participate in our work, the encounters with contemporary composers and to be able to share our enthusiasm for music.
