Collett Moves Six 158 Tonne Engines Through Dublin in a Multi-Stage Transport Project

Six diesel engines. 158 Tonnes each. A night-time journey through Dublin. Watch as our team transported the engines from Dublin Port to Orion Business Park in North Dublin, using a 20-axle Girder Bridge trailer, navigating tight turns and clearances under Garda and private escorts. Once on site, a 10-axle SPMT took over to precisely position each engine onto its final plinth, completing the project. Every stage, from detailed preliminary route surveys and on-site preparation to final transport and positioning, was meticulously planned and executed.
