My Daughter’s 1st Birthday Party — Pancit Canton, Bibingka, Mango Float, Chicken Potato Salad!

Our little Alina just turned ONE! 🎂💗 And her first big birthday celebration was filled with good food, beautiful gifts, music, laughter, and the people we love! This is Part 2 of Alina’s first birthday celebration here on Samal Island, Philippines - a very special day spent with our friends and the friends of our children. 🇵🇭🌴 We had a table full of Filipino favorites and homemade treats: two delicious Mango Floats, Chicken Pancit Canton, Bibingka, and Chicken Potato Salad - which is surprisingly similar to the Russian Olivier salad! 😋 Then Alena and Slava arrived with beautiful flowers, presents, and a speaker with music, making the celebration even more fun and lively. 🎁💐🎶 We had such a wonderful time together - lots of laughter, delicious food, kids running around, and those simple, warm moments that make a birthday truly unforgettable.
