Das Gold des Waldes – Statt Segeln: Pfifferlinge satt!

Eigentlich wollten wir segeln … aber bei diesem Wetter bleibt das Boot lieber im Hafen. Doch das viele Regenwetter hat auch etwas Gutes: Der Wald ist voller Gold – Pfifferlinge! 🍄💛 Also habe ich euch einfach mitgenommen auf unsere Pilzsuche. Zwischen Moos, Bäumen und ganz viel Grün haben wir erstaunlich viele Pfifferlinge gefunden. Und was gibt es Schöneres, als nach einem Spaziergang durch den Wald mit einem vollen Körbchen nach Hause zu kommen? Aus unserem „Gold des Waldes“ wurde anschließend eine richtig leckere Pfifferlingsrahmsauce . Manchmal muss man eben umplanen: Statt Segeln – Pfifferlinge satt! We actually wanted to go sailing… but with this weather, the boat is staying safely in the harbour. But all the rain has brought something wonderful with it: the forest is full of gold – chanterelles! So I took you along on our little mushroom hunt. Among the moss, trees and lush green forest, we found an amazing number of chanterelles. And what could be better than coming home after a walk in the forest with a basket full of freshly picked mushrooms? Our “gold of the forest” was then turned into a delicious creamy chanterelle sauce. Sometimes you simply have to change your plans: Instead of sailing – chanterelles galore!
