Sawmill Mods - Gearing & Test Sawmilling - My Homemade Swingblade

Modifying the gearing on my homemade swingblade sawmill according to the recommendation of the blade manufacturer - replacing a bigger V-belt pulley on the motor with a smaller OD one to reduce blade speed and get more cutting power as well. I have a half-a-dozen mods/improvements I want to still implement on this sawmill to make it fully suit my needs but I also have a silly little minibike to finish and other things to do as well.
