Teeter, Totter, and Tex | Alberta Wild horses

A small band of Alberta Wild Horses move quietly through a snow-covered forest. Beneath the shelter of the trees, Teeter, a white mare, grazes calmly while her foal Totter stays close. Nearby, the stallion Tex remains in the open, holding position between his family and the surrounding landscape. Winter narrows their world, but it also sharpens their roles — feeding, watching, waiting. In moments like these, strength is shown not through movement, but through presence.
