Quests from the Infinite Staircase; Session 48, Androids and Beasts

Our heroes go forth into the strange metal hallways with a single colored metal card that somehow opens doors of the same color. They spend time searching about and find vegepygmies who are not inclined to talk or negotiate leaving (after Digger casts tongues). However they figure out the creatures might leave if the mold (their food) is destroyed. They also encounter another android that attacks them - and a group of displacer beasts! Thankfully Alphie comes to help drive them off. Eventually the group find a few worker robots in a radiated room fending off a giant toad. The group help the workers kill the irradiated toad, and take a sample for their quest. Exploring further, they open a door to find two large blue slaads, and prepare themselves for battle.
