Kryptovial & Monzaii - Count Me Wrong (Official Lyric Video)

🎧 Count Me Wrong — a new original track from Kryptovial Audio, sung by ‪@Monzaii‬. Count Me Wrong follows someone who's spent far too long predicting when you'll quit — moving the deadline every time they're proven wrong, rewriting old assumptions, and always finding another "eventually" when the last prediction doesn't land. Three weeks. Six months. A year. Keep moving the target — eventually one of us might get tired of counting. 💿 Album: In The Meantime 🎵 Genre: Roots Reggae / Dub ⚡ BPM: 76 ──── LYRICS ──── You gave it three weeks. Then six. Then Christmas. Then, "wait until the novelty goes." June came by. You moved the line. Again. Three months became six months. Six became a year. You stopped giving dates and started saying "eventually." Smart. Harder to miss when you don't mark the target. First, I wouldn't start. Then I wouldn't last the month. After that, you'd hear from me when all of this got old. What number are we on? You said, "I know how you are." That's a favourite. You say it like you've got a file with my name printed on the side. Must be an old one. Pages sticking. Half the dates wrong. Still, you keep quoting it. Lost count somewhere after seven. You kept better notes than me. Funny thing about your predictions— they need more work than I do. Every time the deadline passes, you redraw where it should've been. Every time I don't come backwards, you call it "not yet." That's useful. Keeps you right forever. I don't need you embarrassed. Don't need an apology. Wouldn't know what to do with one this late in the game. Keep guessing. Seriously. You've been doing it this long. Maybe next week. Maybe next year. Maybe I'll wake up one morning exactly how you called it. Finally fit the version of me you've been betting on. "You'll get tired eventually." Put it on the list. ──── CONNECT ──── Subscribe for more original music from Kryptovial Audio. © Kryptovial Audio. All rights reserved.
