Pokemon Draft League Viability Analysis #3: Raikou

Welcome everybody! KleverKrok back with our third player analysis. During this session I will discuss the usage and viability of Raikou in the draft league format. WARNING: This is strictly my opinion based on my experience on Pokemon Showdown and is geared towards the draft league format. I currently run a league known as the Gentlemens' Training Association, or GTA for short. I hope you check out some of the other GTA videos on the channel as well!
