Our $4,500 Gamble... Will This Chinese Mini Excavator Be Useful On Our Homestead?

When the opportunity to buy a mini excavator at auction came up late last year, we decided to buy a machine before any potential tariffs went into effect. We are glad we did! We wanted a small machine that would be good at getting into tight spots that our backhoe could not access. We are planning to use it in our garden and to make some terraces/ paths on our steep hills. Time will tell if this was a good purchase. We are a husband and wife team that loves to take on hard projects.
