The St. John's Church is the most ancient church of Jhelum which was established during the British Raj. Very notable Christian personalities remained associated with it throughout the history of the sub-continent. I recently visited it and met the Reverent Father of the St. John's Church. A lot of issues were discussed and a future Plan of Action was also decided in order to work for the welfare of the Christian community. For fulfulling the said purpose, the Dard E Insaaniyat Foundation (DIF), officially assosiated the Church with it, so that, the welfare of the Christian community can be ensured effectively.
