Running a Lotus Esprit Turbo S3 - 12 Cars - Review Episode 14

Had this Lotus Turbo Esprit S3 for around 6 months now. All the vehicles in the 12 cars series were supposed to be short term, can I now get rid of the Lotus to make way for another car??
