When it came out almost two years ago, the Ableton Move sold itself hard on the promise of being able to create a musical sketch on the go, and then instantly put that sketch into Ableton Live to continue working on it. This workflow instantly spoke with me, and the Move has become one of my favorite pieces of gear that I've ever owned. However, a lot of people looked past this massively useful feature, and even today, some still try to think of it as a groovebox, rather than an Ableton Live sketchpad.
