CoPIES Project- Theryn's Run

This video is part of a research project examining how video games teach their players how to play their games. In this video, my friend Theryn plays through the Great Plateau section of The Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild for the first time. The purpose of this video is to examine how she responds to cues the game provides, how she addresses obstacles/problems she encounters, how she works towards objectives, and what she chooses to do on her own as she plays the game.
