Don’t Step Into the Day Without the Armor of God | Daily Prayer

Before you step into your day, cover yourself with the Armor of God. This powerful morning prayer will help you put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit—so you can stand firm against every attack of the enemy. Ephesians 6 reminds us that “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of evil.” The battle is real, but so is the victory we already have in Christ.
