ASMR for Tinnitus relief, Masking sounds for Tinnitus 🎧

I've never talked about my experience with tinnitus before! Luckily, I don't think I have a super terrible case of it because I've always had it and it very infrequently bothers me because I usually just end up forgetting about it, but when it's having a flare up or when you're trying to go to bed and the ringing just won't stop seeming to get louder, it can be really annoying. I made this video specifically for people who relate to having non-stop ringing in their ears, and hopefully the white noise can help to drown out the ringing while also serving as an ASMR trigger to keep you relaxed. Good luck out there my friends, stay strong as always, and hopefully by the end of this video you will be knocked out! ❤️ #asmr #tinnitus #ringing #sound #whitenoise #sleepsounds #sleepmusic #tinnitusrelief
