Easter Lamb cooked on an open Campfire in the forest by fat bike and cross country skiing - Ep. 001

Welcome to the first ever episode of The Adventure Cook. In this episode I am taking you out to the national park in Oslo to grill lamb and vegetables on an open camp fire in the forest called Nordmarka. This winter has been the worst since 20 years ago. Hardly any snow and higher than normal temperatures have left the cross country tracks almost devoid of snow. Using my fatbike I travel deep into the forest to find skiable snow. To make it easy to cook and bring as little equipment and food possible, I prepare most of the food at home and bring only a grill and a plate and cutlary. The best lamb ever.
