Work Requirements or Paperwork Requirements: Administrative Burdens in Medicaid

In this public lecture hosted by the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and the Western Michigan University Department of Economics, Dr. Pamela Herd, Carol Kakalec Kohn Professor of Social Policy at the University of Michigan, examines how administrative burdens and paperwork requirements can affect access to Medicaid and other public programs. Presented at the Fetzer Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the event brought together nearly 100 community leaders, elected officials, educators, students, researchers, and residents from across the region.
