89 key Marenghi/Gavioli fairground organ - Hollycombe 2024

James Horton's excellent 89 key Gavioli (rebuilt by Marenghi) galloper organ made a very welcome appearance at this year's mechanical organ festival at Hollycombe. Despite a couple of minor problems (such as the speed control being a bit all-over-the-place at times!) the organ gave a good account of itself; I'd go as far as to argue it's one of the very best galloper organs in the UK.
