Found the Best Currency Exchange in Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭

I found the best currency exchange in Cebu City. After looking for two days and exploring prices at many locations, I found a spread of just a half of a percent on each end. That's 1 dollar for 55.7 or 56.3 pesos for one dollar to exchange back. Also no passport was even asked for!
