The Sweet Heart Roadster - Custom Firewall Mounts - Ep. 42

In the last update on the Sweet Heart Roadster, Matt tack welded the new flange onto the 32 Ford firewall. Next on the list is to trim the cowl flange back a little more and work on creating new firewall feet. Matt works on a CAD (Cardboard Assisted Design) template to create stock appearing foot. He leaves a little extra material on his initial design so there can be adjustments made if needed. The new feet are strong and will be either welded or riveted to the firewall.
