MIZIZI (ROOTS)// Dark Ancestral Afro House

"Oh, wash the dust from the gold. I am taking back what they sold." There is a well at the center of every bloodline where the hardest truths were buried, not to be forgotten, but to be protected until someone was strong enough to dig them up. MIZIZI ("Roots") opens THE CROWNING — NURU's final chapter — standing at the lip of that forgotten well, reclaiming the fire her mothers swallowed just to survive. The shadow was never the enemy. It was the womb that gave birth to the light. Rooted in East African ancestral soul and shaped by haunting Ethiopian masenqo fiddle, raw djembe ritual drums, and dark analog Rhodes piano, this dark ancestral afro house journey moves through obsidian depths — built for deep, shadow-work listening, moments of reclamation, and the nights when you stop running from your lineage. 🎧 Perfect for: Ancestral / spiritual listening, East African organic house, deep lounge playlists, meditation & yoga, shadow-work sessions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE CROWNING EP — THE TRILOGY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I.
