A Real Day at 40 | Kitchen Reset, Dishwasher Chat, Lunch Out & Dinner Prep

A simple day in my life at 40 🤍 Starting the day with a much-needed kitchen reset and a little honest chat about using a dishwasher in an Indian kitchen — is it really worth it, and do we actually need to rinse the dishes first? Once the kitchen is finally clean, we’re heading out for a relaxed lunch at Cafe D’Flora, enjoying a delicious cottage cheese rice bowl with Sriracha sauce and, of course, their amazing tiramisu. Then it’s back home and time to start preparing for friends coming over for dinner. I’m baking a simple homemade chocolate cake for dessert and getting a few things ready before everyone arrives.
