Sony PSP PlayStation Portable 1001

I got the PSP portable from ebay as spares or repair it came with out a battery or charger in there was no description of what was wrong with it sadly the other PSP was pass repair I had to order a new battery and charger so I could test it out and see what was wrong with it when testing it I had power but no display on the screen then plug the charger in to see if that help but still the same my plan is I'm going to tear it down to find out what the problem with it see if there is any damage to the board give the case and button a good clean and with the buttons I will put them in hydrogen peroxide over and keep it in my UV box over night What I think the problem might of been 1. It was the battery I just didn't charge it long enough 2. It was dropped and something moved inside 3.
