ආයුබෝවන්! මෙවර Mr.Trooper කණ්ඩායම ඔබ වෙත ගෙන එන්නේ අපේ සුපුරුදු මඩ, වැසි සහ අභියෝගාත්මක මාර්ගවලින් වෙනස් වූ තවත් සුවිශේෂී චාරිකාවක්. 2026 කැබිලිත්ත වන්දනා ගමන සඳහා අපි පායන කාලයේ දූවිලි සහිත මාර්ග ඔස්සේ ගමන් කිරීමට තීරණය කළා. මුලින් කුමන හරහා යාමට සැලසුම් කළත්, අනපේක්ෂිත ගැටලු කිහිපයක් හේතුවෙන් අතරමගදී කොටියාගල මාර්ගය තෝරාගත්තා. ඒ පිළිබඳ වැඩි විස්තර ඉදිරි කොටස්වලදී ඔබට දැකගත හැකියි. ගමන ආරම්භ වුණේ සුපුරුදු පරිදි ගම්පහ සිටයි. අවිස්සාවේල්ල, රත්නපුර සහ උඩවලව හරහා ගමන් කරමින් මොනරාගලට පැමිණි අපි එදින රාත්‍රිය එහි නවාතැන් ගත්තා. පසුදින උදෑසන කොටියාගල බලා පිටත් වූ අතර, මේ ගමනේ මාර්ගෝපදේශක වාහනය ලෙස තිලිනගේ Mahindra Bolero රථය යොදාගත්තා. ඊට අමතරව a Lakshan Jayasinha ගේ Isuzu Trooper රථය සහ Mr.Trooper කණ්ඩායමේ වාහනද මෙම ගමනට එක්වුණා. ගමනේදී අපට විශාල උක් වගා භූමි, උක් කර්මාන්ත ශාලා, ඉරිඟු, වට්ටක්කා සහ කොමඩු වගාවන් දැකගන්න ලැබුණා. ගුරු පාරවල් සහ කැලෑබද මාර්ග ඔස්සේ ඉදිරියට ගිය අපි, පූජනීය ස්ථානයක් අසල පහනක් දල්වා භාරයක් වී උදෑසන ආහාරයද ලබාගෙන ගමන දිගටම කරගෙන ගියා. මෙම ගමනේදී අපේ වාහනවලටද සුළු තාක්ෂණික ගැටලු කිහිපයක් ඇති වුණා. Filmed By Team ‪@TravelWeekend‬ Hello everyone, This time, the Mr.Trooper team brings you a different kind of adventure. Instead of our usual mud, rain, and extreme off-road challenges, we decided to take on the legendary Kebiliththa pilgrimage during the dry season of 2026, traveling through dusty roads and rugged terrain. Our original plan was to enter through Kumana, but due to several unexpected issues, we changed our route midway and decided to travel via Kotiyagala. We’ll explain more about that decision in the upcoming episodes. As usual, our journey began from Gampaha and continued through Avissawella, Ratnapura, and Udawalawe before reaching Monaragala. After spending the night there, we set off early the next morning towards Kotiyagala. For this expedition, Thilina’s Mahindra Bolero served as our guide vehicle, while Hasintha Lakshan Jayasinha’s Isuzu Trooper and the Mr.Trooper team vehicles joined the convoy. Along the way, we passed vast sugarcane plantations, a sugar factory, and large agricultural lands filled with corn, pumpkins, and watermelons. After crossing these farming areas, we entered the wilderness and continued our journey through scenic gravel roads and forest tracks. Before heading deeper into the jungle, we stopped at a sacred location, lit an oil lamp, made our offerings, and enjoyed breakfast before continuing the adventure. The dry-season terrain brought its own challenges. During the journey, the rear stabilizer link of the Mr.Trooper vehicle broke due to the rough conditions. Fortunately, it did not affect the vehicle’s drivability, so we continued without any major concern. Another Trooper in our convoy had a minor clutch pump leak, which caused a gradual loss of clutch fluid, but it also remained manageable throughout the trip. Despite these mechanical challenges, the entire team successfully reached the Kebiliththa shrine without any major incidents. The return journey, however, was far more eventful. We faced several technical issues and unexpected obstacles on the way back, but managed to overcome them all and return home safely. Those stories will be featured in our upcoming episodes.
