This Power Automate approval flow goes from start to finish: a trip request in Microsoft Forms, saved to Dataverse, approved by a manager, and the customer told the result.
I build it step by step: the Forms trigger and Get response details, writing the row to Dataverse, Start and wait for an approval, the five approval types, then branching, writing back and notifying. You see it from both sides, the approver in the approvals center and the customer. The second scenario reads supplier invoices from email with AI Builder, with fields and confidence scores, and ends with document automation templates.
Trigger, data, decide, branch, write back, notify. Almost every business flow has that shape.
