Azure Container Apps allows you to expose your container app to the public web, VNets, or other container apps in your environment through ingress. When you enable ingress, you don't need to create any resources such as Azure Load Balancer, public IP addresses to allow incoming HTTP requests or TCP traffic. In this video, I show you how you can enable ingress into your Container Apps, and how you can disable ingress for your Container App in Bicep templates to prevent incoming HTTP traffic. 0:00 How does ingress work in Azure Container Apps? 1:05 Whiteboarding our demo 2:30 Processing public HTTP traffic for our API and UI 3:45 Disabling external ingress for our API 4:36 Setting our API FQDN as an environment variable for our UI 5:40 Deploying our changes to Azure via GitHub Actions 7:10 Internal FQDN for our Backend API enabled. 8:30 Verifying that our internal FQDN is set for our UI 10:05 Wrap up Code for this video: https://github.com/willvelida/lets-bu...
