DE HIGHER DE MONKEY CLIMB 🐒

DE HIGHER DE MONKEY CLIMB 🐒🇧🇧 MR. IMPACT MUSIC | BIM 60 “De higher de monkey climb, de more ’e show ’e tail!” With cheeky Bajan humour, colourful characters and lively crowd responses, this calypso delivers a lesson about pride, appearances and staying humble. From the big spender whose card gets declined to the social media star borrowing money until payday—and the expert who floods the kitchen—each verse shows how showing off can reveal more than intended! The monkey’s “tail” symbolises the faults, secrets and contradictions that become harder to hide when someone puts themselves in the spotlight. The message? Keep growing, celebrate your achievements and climb with sense. Let your character and actions speak as loudly as your success. 🇧🇧 BIM 60 — WE STORY. WE SONG. WE BARBADOS.
