Is the PMS cost for a Ranger Raptor expensive?

I had my 30T kms PMs for the Ranger Raptor @MakatiFord. The PMS is once a year or 10,000 kms whichever comes first. The PMS cost is about P10,500 which is almost the same with other brands.
