Can This Forgotten Legendary Still Win Hoplite Battle Royale

In this epic video I played a solo hoplite battle royale like flowtives, dwgn, thrublock, _zova, scotteh, and many more hoplite content creators! I made my whole purpose this game to get Tim the Enchanter, a forgotten legendary item that enchants any item you give him with a level 30 enchant. Will I still be able to use Tim to win even though he has been nerfed over and over and over? Watch the whole video to find out!
