Evan Brickner plays his arrangement of Hyfrydol at St. Lawrence Chapel, Harrisburg, PA

Evan Brickner, organist at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Harrisburg, PA, dropped by St. Lawrence for a visit today (St. Lawrence and St. Patrick's are only a block apart), and since I had my recording gear on hand, we decided to record his arrangement of Hyfrydol, which combines his own first and final verses, and a modified setting of Bairstow's setting in the middle. The instrument is a 28-rank Felgemaker/Brunner organ which Evan helped to rebuild and expand with Brunner & Associates in 2009.
