Starfleet Academy is Offensive to the Actual Starfleet

On to episode 4 of Starfleet Academy, where once again any semblance of plot or action slips through our fingers. And now a new point of irritation has popped up: Are we actually going to learn anything at Starfleet Academy? Maybe navigation, bioengineering, cultural studies, negotiations... nah, that's too complicated for a Starfleet officer!
