How I Stocked My Pond with Fish and Take Care of Them | Toan Garden Life
Welcome to **Toan Garden Life**! In this video, I’m sharing my journey of stocking my garden pond with fish and how I take care of them every day.
For me, raising fish is more than just growing food. It is a way to connect with nature, enjoy my garden, and create a small ecosystem where fish, plants, water, and wildlife can live together.
Preparing the Pond
Before adding the fish, I make sure the pond is ready. I check the water level and remove unwanted plants, rubbish, and anything that could harm the fish.
A healthy pond is very important for fish growth. I pay attention to the water quality and the overall condition of the pond. The surrounding plants also help create a natural and peaceful environment.
After making sure everything is ready, it is finally time to introduce the fish.
Stocking the Fish
Stocking the pond with fish is one of the most exciting moments of this project. I handle the fish carefully and give them time to adapt to their new environment.
When the fish first enter the pond, they are still small. Watching them swim around and explore their new home makes me excited to see how they will grow in the coming weeks and months.
This is only the beginning of my fish farming journey.
Feeding My Fish
Feeding the fish is one of my favorite parts of taking care of the pond. I feed them regularly and watch their behavior while they eat.
When I throw the feed into the water, the fish quickly gather together. It is amazing to see so many fish swimming and feeding at the same time.
I also try not to overfeed them. I give them an appropriate amount and watch how quickly they finish the food. This helps reduce leftover feed and keeps the pond cleaner.
Taking Care of the Pond
Taking care of fish requires regular attention. Every day, I observe the fish and check the condition of the pond.
Healthy fish should be active and swim normally. Their feeding behavior can also tell me a lot about their condition.
I also maintain the area around the pond. Because the pond is part of my garden, plants and grass can grow very quickly. Keeping the area under control makes the pond cleaner and easier to manage.
These simple daily tasks are an important part of raising healthy fish.
Watching the Fish Grow
The most rewarding part of fish farming is watching the fish grow from small fingerlings into larger and healthier fish.
I plan to follow their progress over time and share the changes in future videos. I want to show the real experience of raising fish, including feeding, caring for the pond, dealing with challenges, and enjoying the results.
Every day brings something new to learn.
Fish Farming and Garden Life
My goal is to create a simple and natural garden where I can grow vegetables, fruit, and raise fish at the same time.
The pond adds life to the garden. Fish, plants, birds, insects, and other wildlife can all become part of this little ecosystem.
This is what *Toan Garden Life* is about — working with nature, growing things with my own hands, and enjoying a simple life in the garden.
