Tiger Bark Ficus Bonsai Pruning & Repotting Pt 2 Transforming Into New Shape (Microcarpa Retusa)

I am continuing the Tiger Bark Ficus bonsai series with another round of pruning and repotting. This batch includes a few trees that came back from dieback, a larger one grown over a light porous stone, and even a surprise Portulacaria afra that rooted itself from a single leaf. Every cut is a small risk, but that is what makes this stage exciting. Would you have made the same pruning choices, or would you have played it safe? Share what you would have done in the comments, and tell me how your ficus trees handle heavy work. ⛩️ Related Videos: Tiger Bark Bonsai Pt 1:    • Tiger Bark Ficus Bonsai Pruning & Repottin...   Portulacaria Afra video:    • Repotting and Pruning My Dwarf Jade Bonsai...   📸 Follow me on Instagram:   / lanrescaped   🎥 Watch more on TikTok:   / lanrescaped   #bonsai #ficus #repotting
