Suprme Court में आज SIR और CEC को लेकर होने वाली है अहम सुनवाई | Rahul Gandhi Vs CEC Gyanesh Kumar SIR और चुनाव आयोग से जुड़े फैसलों के मामले अब आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अहम सुनवाई होनी है... सु्प्रीम कोर्ट आज SIR और चुनाव आयोग के खिलाफ जारी प्रोटेस्ट के मामलों में सुनवाई करेगा... राहुल गांधी समेत 13 विपक्षी नेताओं ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल करके SIR के दौरान बड़े पैमाने पर वोटरों के नाम हटाने और गड़बड़ियों का आरोप लगाया गया है.... याचिका पर सुनवाई चीफ जस्टिस सूर्य कांत और जस्टिस जॉयमाल्य बागची की बेंच करेगी.. याचिका में एक स्वतंत्र कमेटी बनाने की मांग की गई है.... जिसकी अध्यक्षता सुप्रीम कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज करें और जिसमें टेक्निकल एक्सपर्ट और जाने-माने नागरिक शामिल हों.... ताकि SIR के दौरान नाम हटाने और बदलावों का एक तय समय-सीमा में स्वतंत्र ऑडिट किया जा सके... इस याचिका के अलावा, बेंच उन अलग-अलग याचिकाओं पर भी सुनवाई करेगी जो दिल्ली में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ 10 अक्टूबर को हुए विरोध-प्रदर्शन, मेट्रो स्टेशनों के बंद होने और ट्रेन सेवाओं में रुकावट से जुड़ी हैं.. साथ ही कोर्ट आज AIMIM की तरफ से दाखिल SIR प्रक्रिया और इसके तौर-तरीकों को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर भी सुनवाई करेगी... The Supreme Court will hear important cases today regarding decisions related to the SIR and the Election Commission. The Supreme Court will hear the ongoing protests against the SIR and the Election Commission today. Thirteen opposition leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, have filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging widespread voter deletions and irregularities during the SIR. A bench comprising Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi will hear the petition. The petition calls for the formation of an independent committee, headed by a retired Supreme Court judge and comprising technical experts and prominent citizens, to conduct an independent audit of the deletions and changes made during the SIR within a stipulated timeframe. In addition to this petition, the bench will also hear separate petitions related to the protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in Delhi on October 10, the closure of metro stations, and the disruption of train services.
